Here I go Again!

Well a few of you have been after me to update my blog, so I thought I'd take the time to do so. Nothing exciting has been happening yet so far. I went to the young adults social we had on Canada Day, and what a blast we all had. Surprisingly the cheap hamburger patties and buns that Matt purchased for the event went over well and everyone enjoyed them, they were tasty.

Oh I guess one exciting thing has happened. I am now done work for the year and have officially started my maternity leave, which is nice. Now all I need is a baby to accompany me for my year off. However, I'm sure she'll be coming sometimes soon, except for those who believe that she's not going to come till September.

Another exciting thing, well for me at least, is that my parents are going to be renovating their house this summer. I'm sooooo happy for them because it's something they've wanted to do for a very long long long time. I think if all goes well we will be starting the work on the house in late July and hopefully be done my mid September. You all will have to come check it out once it's done.

Anyway, I must fly, I hope all are happy now that I've updated this silly site.

My Girls!

You know what, Sarah reminded me of something. She told me that when I have the baby I'll be able to get lots of sleep because she said that she was sure her and others would love to come watch the baby while I take a nap. Wow! I guess I should really capatalize on it. What do you girls think? Maybe I should draw up a schedule of when you girls are free between classes and you can come hang with the baby and me.........but then again you all know that my door is always open for such fun.

Howdy!

Sorry to all who've been looking at my blog and realized that I haven't updated it in a very very long time. Things have been a bit crazy lately with being pregnant and my new job. However, I'm starting to feel more like myself every day. I'm not as sick and tired anymore, but I do have my days. Even though we just had March break, I'm looking forward to Easter break.............just so I can catch up on some sleep again (but I have a feeling from now on, I'll never be on top of it).

Well, I don't have much else to say, except that maybe I'll post sometime sooner, sooner than later, hopefully.

Tired, Tired, and more Tired!!

Do you ever feel like you just can't get enough sleep no matter how much sleep. Sometimes I wonder if I feel this way because of what time of the year it is...............dead of the winter when there is barely any sun.

Well ya all!!!! Sorry I haven't blogged in such a while, things have been crazy with the Christmas break and also with being sick, what a drag. But I'm much better now and feeling more like myself, which is definately good. There was a time when I felt totally out of it to the point where I was forgetting about things (like choir practise Kara). Anyway, just glad that it's all over with so that I can get back to doing things again, I hated being away from everyone and church things for a while; I've come to the conclusion where I think it's just not good for me.

I hope my fellow blogging friends are doing fine. Gotta go!

Let The Countdown Begin!

Hello to all my wonderful friends and readers. I would just like to bring to everyone's attention that as of today December 14th there are only 10 days left till Christmas Eve, which means there are only 11 days left till Christmas day. This just proves that no matter how old you get you still get excited about the season and the real reason why we celebrate it. For all you who are still writing their exams, hang in their you're almost done the 1st semester and then you can start getting excited about Christmas.

Luv ya all!

Not Too Long Now!!

Well we only have 20 days left till Christmas. Can you believe it?! Time has sure flown by, but that happens when you're having so much fun. So I guess that means that we have to start our shopping, there's just too many in my family to buy for; there must be an easier way...............like not buy gifts. The one important thing that we need to keep in mind during this wonderful and beautiful season is why we celebrate it..........because of JESUS. Even if it's not politically correct, I don't care because He's the reason I celebrate the season.

Hope ya'll are having a good day.

It's Christmas Time!

Well I'm beginning to feel like it's starting to be Christmas. This came upon me while helping Erin get the decorations ready for the church for when we put them up this Monday. However, I'm sure I'll get more into the spirit because tomorrow I'll be in the Christmas parade...........yeah that's right, you heard me!!!!! I'm not sure if it's going to be fun, cold, boring, or what......but you all know me, I'll make it as fun as possible. I still haven't gotten any Christmas decorations up at my house, in fact we still haven't bought some yet, but hopefully it'll be soon because now I'm in the spirit and there is just no stopping me now.

Chow!
